Label	Type	Description	Mandatory
User Subscription Allowed	CURAM_INDICATOR	This field indicates whether or not a user can subscribe themselves to a work queue.	No
Administrator	FULL_NAME	Administrator who is the only administrator who can add users to the work queue.	No
Sensitivity	SENSITIVITY_CODE	Work queue sensitivity indicates whether or not a user can add themselves to a work queue. In order for a user to add themselves to a work queue, that user must have a sensitivity level equal to or higher than the sensitivity level of the work queue sensitivity.	No
