Description
This page allows you to modify a file attached to an incident within the social enterprise folder. Incidents are events that have (or could have) a direct negative effect on the health and safety of a client, for example, a report of child neglect or abuse or an accident in a work place. Any supporting documentation, for example, evidence verifying the circumstances of the incident; files can be attached to an incident thus providing evidence and supporting documentation for the incident.
