Description
This page allows you to modify a social enterprise folder relationship. Social enterprise folders can be related to each other because they share a common client or multidisciplinary team member, or perhaps they are dealing with similar issues. As with case relationships, social enterprise relationships can be manually recorded. Social enterprise folder relationships are also automatically created between social enterprise folders with common clients. For example, if James Smith is a client in two different social enterprise folders, each one of these social enterprise folders automatically has a relationship recognizing the common client.
