Request Date	CURAM_DATE	The date on which a request for a background check was initiated. This is generally initiated by the Resource Manager in the organization.	No
Receipt Date	CURAM_DATE	The date on which the result of a background check is received by the agency.	No
Expiry Date	CURAM_DATE	The date on which a background check has expired.	No

Failure Reasons
Label	Type	Description	Mandatory
Date	CURAM_DATE	The date of the occurrence that led to failure of a background check.	No
Failure Reason	BACKGROUND_CHK_FAILURE_REASON	The occurrence that led to failure of a background check e.g. shoplifting, felony conviction.	No
Status	RECORD_STATUS_CODE	The status is used to indicate if the background check is still active or canceled.	No
