Description
This page allows you to view a flat-rate contract for a provider. A flat-rate contract is a formal agreement between the organization and the providers of services. The flat-rate contract establishes terms under which payments are made to the provider. The amount agreed upon will be paid at a particular frequency whether the service is used or not.

Payment FrequencyCONTRACT_FREQUENCYThe frequency at which the organization will generate amounts to be paid to the provider. For example, $10,400 total amount for a 1 year contract with a frequency of weekly means payments of $200 are generated and paid each week to the provider.No
