Primary	CURAM_INDICATOR	Indicates whether the email address is the primary email address for the client.	No
Email Addresses	EMAIL_ADDRESS	The email address of the client.	No
Type	EMAIL_TYPE_CODE	The type of email address, e.g. business, personal.	No
From	CURAM_DATE	Period of time from which the phone number is valid.	No
To	CURAM_DATE	Period of time to which the phone number is valid.	No
Status	RECORD_STATUS_CODE	The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled".	No
