Primary	CURAM_INDICATOR	Indicates whether this is the primary address.	No
Type	ADDRESS_TYPE_CODE	Displays the type of address, e.g. private, mailing.	No
Address	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Displays the street address of the client.	No
City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Displays the town or city of the client's address.	No
From	CURAM_DATE	Period of time from which the address is valid.	No
To	CURAM_DATE	Period of time to which the address is valid.	No
Status	RECORD_STATUS_CODE	The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled".	No
