| This page allows you to view a list of product evidence forms. An evidence form displays the evidence of a case for a product. For example, a sickness benefit evidence form would include several fields regarding the sickness case of the person applying for the sickness benefit product. |

| Status | RECORD_STATUS_CODE | The product evidence record is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled". | No |
