| From | CURAM_DATE | Period of time from which the relationship is valid. | No |
| To | CURAM_DATE | Period of time to which the relationship is valid. | No |
| End Reason | RELATIONSHIP_END_REASON_CODE | Reason why the two people are no longer related. | No |
| Status | RECORD_STATUS_CODE | The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled". | No |
