Description

This page allows you to view a list of the person's relationships recorded in the system. A person relationship defines a relationship between two registered persons. Examples of person relationships include spouse or sibling.

Fields

Label	Type	Description	Mandatory
Related Person	CONCERN_ROLE_NAME	Name of the related person. Note that you can access the related person's home page by clicking on the person's name.	No
Type	RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_CODE	Relationship type, e.g., spouse or sibling.	No
From	CURAM_DATE	Period of time from which the relationship is valid.	No
To	CURAM_DATE	Period of time to which the relationship is valid.	No
Status	RECORD_STATUS_CODE	The status is active, unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is canceled.	No

Item for Verification	VERIFIABLE_DATAITEM_NAME	Verifiable data item.	No
Evidence Type	EVIDENCE_TYPE_CODE	The type of evidence associated with the verification.	No
Status	VERIFICATIONSTATUS	Status of the verifiable data item, e.g., "Verified", "Not Verified".	No
