First Name	FIRST_FORENAME	Person's first name.	No
Show Nicknames?	CURAM_INDICATOR	To search for a person using nicknames select the Search using nicknames box. The search will return a list of all persons registered under the nickname and the name associated with the nickname. For example, a person registered as "James" may also go by the name "Jimmy". If a nickname search is performed and the name "Jimmy" is specified in the search criteria, the system will return a list of all persons registered as either "Jimmy" or "James". Nick name search works only for first names.	No
Last Name	SURNAME	Person's last name.	No
Show Sounds Like Names	CURAM_INDICATOR	To search for persons by how their names sound, select the phonetic search box provided. Soundex search works for last names only.	No
Date of Birth	CURAM_DATE	Person's birth date.	No
Gender	GENDER_CODE	Person's gender.	No
Address Line 1	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	First line of the person's address.	No
Address Line 2	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Second line of the person's address.	No
City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Town or city of the person's address.	No
Birth Last Name	PERSON_BIRTH_NAME	The person's birth last name, only relevant if the person's birth last name is different than the person's current last name.	No
