| Type | EMAIL_TYPE_CODE | Type of email address, e.g., business or personal. | No |
| Start Date | CURAM_DATE | Start date of the period for which the participant's email address is active. | No |
| End Date | CURAM_DATE | End date of the period for which the participant's email address is active. | No |
| Status | RECORD_STATUS_CODE | The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled". | No |
