Description
This page allows you submit an issue resolution for approval. During this stage, the case worker submits an issue resolution for approval. The issue resolution is then approved or rejected by the case supervisor. If the case worker has resolution approval rights as part of his or her security profile, or if the case supervisor submits the issue resolution, the resolution is automatically approved.

When the supervisor approves or rejects the Issue Resolution, a notification is then sent to notify the case owner that the case has been closed upon approval of the Resolution or that the Resolution has been rejected, respectively.
