Description
This page allows you reject an issue resolution that has been submitted for approval. An issue resolution must be approved, typically by a case supervisor. The purpose of this stage is to verify that the resolution entered for the issue is correct. If the issue resolution is rejected, it must be resubmitted in order to progress.
