Reference Number	ALTERNATE_ID	Reference number used by the system to identify the client.	No
First Name	FIRST_FORENAME	The client's first name.	No
Date of Birth	CURAM_DATE	Client's birth date.	No
Gender	GENDER_CODE	The clients' gender.	No
Address Line 1	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	First line of the client's address.	No
City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	The city where the client lives.	No
Birth Last Name	PERSON_BIRTH_NAME	The client's birth last name, only relevant if client's birth last name is different than the client's current last name.	No
Mother's Birth Name	MOTHER_BIRTH_SURNAME	Client's mother's birth last name.	No
