This page allows you to search for a person registered on the system. A person is an individual who has registered with the organization.

Reference	ALTERNATE_ID	Person's reference number.	No

First Name	FIRST_FORENAME	Person's first name.	No
Search using nick names	CURAM_INDICATOR	To search for a person using nicknames select the Search using nicknames box. The search will return a list of all persons registered under the nickname and the name associated with the nickname. For example, a person registered as "James" may also go by the name "Jimmy". If a nickname search is performed and the name "Jimmy" is specified in the search criteria, the system will return a list of all persons registered as either "Jimmy" or "James". Nick name search works only for first names.	No
Last Name	SURNAME	Person's last name.	No
Show Sounds Like Names?	CURAM_INDICATOR	To search for persons by how their names sound, select the phonetic search box provided.	No
Date of Birth	CURAM_DATE	Person's birth date.	No
Gender	GENDER_CODE	Person's gender.	No
Address Line 1	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	First line of the person's address.	No
Address Line 2	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	First line of the person's address.	No
City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Town or city of the person's address.	No
Birth Last Name	PERSON_BIRTH_NAME	Person's birth last name, only relevant if person's birth last name is different than person's current last name.	No

Page Level Actions
Label	Description
Cancel	The Cancel action dismisses the page.
Next	You can press the Next to continue registering the prospect person as a Person on the Register Prospect Person as Person page (see "Code Tables" in the Cúram Administration Guide).
Reset	You can press the Reset button to reset the search criteria fields and enter new fields.
Search	Once you have entered some or all of the search criteria, you can press the Search button to search for persons who meet the criteria. Persons who meet the search criteria are displayed on the Search Results list.
