| This page allows you to view a list of resource transfer sanction evidence. If a resource has been transferred for less than fair market value, the system automatically creates a Resource Transfer Sanction record for the invalid transfer of the resource. The duration of the sanction is automatically determined by the system, by dividing the uncompensated value of the resource transfer by the monthly nursing home private pay rate in effect at the time of the transfer. Once a sanction has commenced, it will continue to the end of the period defined, even if the institutionalized individual has left the institution or waiver program. Each sanction is run consecutively. |
