Description
This page allows you to view a list of events recorded in the system. A case event is an occurrence or happening of significance to the case. A case events list is provided for every case. This page allows you to view case events recorded in the system. The following case events can be recorded: activities, referrals, and reviews. Certain case events are recorded by the system. For example, the system records a case event on the date a case is submitted for approval, a case event on the date the case is approved, and an event on each date a case decision is made.

New ActivityPress the New Activity button to create a new standard activity. An activity is a one-off event scheduled on a date and time.
New Recurring ActivityPress the New Recurring Activity button to create a new recurring activity. A recurring activity is an activity that recurs over a period of time, e.g. weekly status meeting.
New ReferralPress the New Referral button to create a new case referral event. A case referral is the recommendation of a case to a service supplier for consultation.
New ReviewPress the New Review button to create a new case review event. A case review is the examination of case details by a system user.
View CalendarPress the View Calendar button to open the Events calendar page. A case events calendar view is provided for every case.

EditThe Edit action allows you to modify the meeting minutes details if they have been recorded.

Invite AttendeesThe Invite Attendees action allows you to add a new meeting attendee to the recorded meeting minutes.
CancelThe Cancel action dismisses the page.
Record Meeting MinutesThe Record Meeting Minutes action opens the Record Meeting Minutes wizard. This wizard provides functionality for recording general meeting details, adding meeting notes, listing meeting decisions, marking attendees, outlining actions, attaching files, and associating the minutes with an associated case within the social enterprise folder. These meeting minutes can be automatically issued to meeting attendees, declining invitees, and other interested persons via email.
Edit NotesThe Edit Notes action allows you to update the meeting notes for the recorded meeting minutes.
Add ActionThe Add Action link allows you to add a new action to the recorded meeting minutes.
Add AttachmentThe Add Attachment action allows you to add a new attachment to the recorded meeting minutes.
View Printer Friendly MinutesThe View Printer Friendly Minutes allows you to view the meeting minutes in a PDF document.
Issue MinutesThe Issue Minutes action allows you to issue the meeting minutes to the meeting attendees.
DeleteThe Delete action allows you to delete a scheduled meeting. Only meetings with a date and time in the future can be deleted.
Invite AttendeesThe Invite Attendees action allows you to add a new meeting attendee to the recorded meeting minutes.
CancelThe Cancel action dismisses the page.
