Prospect Employers	CURAM_INDICATOR	Whether to include prospect employers in the search results.	No

Registered Name	REGISTERED_NAME	Employer name registered by the relevant governing authority where the employer's business is registered.	No

Address Line 2	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Second line of the person's address.	No
Business City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Town or city of the employer's business address.	No

Cancel	The Cancel action dismisses the page.
