Trading Name	TRADING_NAME	Employer's trading name.	No
Registered Name	REGISTERED_NAME	Employer name registered by the relevant governing authority where the employer's business is registered.	No
Business Address Line 1	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	First line of the employer's business address.	No
Business City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Town or city of the employer's business address.	No
