| Name | DA_DETERMINATIONCONFIG_NAME | The Name of the Determination Configuration. | No |
| Type | DA_DETERMINATIONCONFIG_TYPE | The type of the determination configuration, e.g. Needs or Medical. This is used to logically group determination configurations. | No |
| Start Date | CURAM_DATE | Start Date of the period during which the determination configuration will be used by the system. | No |
| End Date | CURAM_DATE | End Date of the period during which the determination configuration will be used by the system. | No |
| Status | RECORD_STATUS_CODE | Status of the Determination Configuration. The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled". | No |
