Name	CONCERN_ROLE_NAME	Name of the case participant who can be reached at the phone number. You can view the case participant home page by clicking on the case participant name.	No
Extension	PHONE_EXTENSION	Phone number extension.	No
Country Code	PHONE_COUNTRY_CODE	Phone number country code.	No
Status	RECORD_STATUS_CODE	The status is "active", unless the record has been deleted, in which case, the status is "canceled".	No
Area Code	PHONE_AREA_CODE	Phone number area code.	No
Phone Start Date	CURAM_DATE	Start date of the period during which the phone number is valid.	No
Phone Number	PHONE_NUMBER	Case participant phone number.	No
Phone End Date	CURAM_DATE	End date of the period during which the phone number is valid.	No
