Primary	CURAM_INDICATOR	This field indicates whether or not the address is the participant's primary address.	No
Type	ADDRESS_TYPE_CODE	Address type, e.g., business or mailing.	No
Address	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Appellant address(es). You can view address details for an appellant address by clicking the View link on the appropriate row from the list of appellant addresses displayed.	No
City	ADDRESS_ELEMENT_VALUE	Town or city of the participant address.	No
