Description

This page allows you to search for appeals based on specific criteria. For example, all appeal cases with a specific appellant can be searched for. An 'and' search can also be performed using all of the specified criteria. For example, if an appellant and appeal type search is specified then only appeals whose appellant and appeal type match the specified criteria are returned.

Case Reference	CASE_REFERENCE	Case reference number for the appeal case.	No
Appellant	PERSON_ID	Case participant who is the appellant on the appeal case.	No
Respondent	PERSON_ID	Appeal case respondent.	No
Appellant Type	SEARCH_APPELLANT_TYPE	Appellant type from the drop-down list of appellants, e.g., participant or organization. To search for appeals where the appellant is the organization, select the 'organization' appellant type. To search for appeals with a participant appellant, select the 'participant' appellant type.	No
Respondent Type	SEARCH_APPELLANT_TYPE	Respondent type from the drop-down list of respondents, e.g., participant or organization. To search for appeals where the respondent is the organization, select the 'organization' respondent type. To search for appeals with a participant respondent, select the 'participant' respondent type.	No
Appeal Type	APPEAL_TYPE_CREATE	Appeal type from the drop-down list of appeal types, e.g., hearing case, hearing review, or judicial review.	No
Hearing Date	CURAM_DATE	Hearing date for a hearing scheduled for the appeal.	No
Creation Date	CURAM_DATE	Date the appeal was created on the system.	No
Status	CASE_STATUS_CODE	appeal status from the drop-down list of appeal statuses, e.g., open, active, or closed.	No
