Stores progress values which will be selectable by a user when recording progress for a client.
Icons can also be specified for each value, which is then displayed to a user to represent a selected progress. Example An outcome plan is created for James Smith, Linda Smith and their child Robert to identify and address their issues. The Family Strengths and Needs Assessment (FSN) Assessment is run from this outcome plan by a case worker. Activities(services, actions and referrals are created to address the identified needs. After three months, the case worker records their progress as excellent on the activities outlined on the plan. This entity stores the configured values for progress and allows for 'excellent' to be selected by the case worker. |
