Progress

A clients progress in relation to a service, action, objective, goal or outcome plan.
Progress values, for example, good, bad, excellent, must be configured in the administration before they can be specified for any of the above artefacts. Example An outcome plan is created for James Smith, Linda Smith and their child Robert to identify and address their issues. The Family Strengths and Needs Assessment (FSN) Assessment is run from this outcome plan by a case worker. Activities(services, actions and referrals are created to address the identified needs. After three months, the case worker records their progress as excellent on the activities outlined on the plan. This entity stores the details of this progress. |
