Minutes may be recorded for a meeting that occurred. Minutes minutes may be recorded for a case, for example, a social enterprise folder and appear on the social enterprise folder calendar. This entity allows for the association between the meeting minutes and the social enterprise folder. In addition, cases may be added to meeting minutes to represent those cases that have been discussed during a meeting; this entity also accommodates for these case associations.

Example

Linda Smith is a 31 year single parent. She has a 10 year old son, Robert Smith. Linda Smith is out of work and is having difficulty in finding a job as a result she claims of being stressed and not having enough money to provide for herself and her child. A meeting is organized to discuss Linda Smith's ability to provide for her child and her work search efforts to date. During this meeting the length of time she is claiming food stamps and income support is discussed. The minutes recorder adds Linda's food stamps case and income support case to the meeting minutes.
