Liquid Resources: An asset which is cash or can be readily converted to cash. Types of liquid resources include: cash on hand and U.S. Savings bonds. The owner of a liquid resource may or may not be a Household Member. Ownership of the liquid resource is captured via Ownership evidence. A participant may have resource income associated with the Liquid Resource record. Resource income evidence captures regular payments made from a resource. For example, interest and dividends earned on a liquid resource. Example Linda Smith has a checking account from which she can withdraw cash. A case worker creates a Liquid Resource evidence for the value of the checking account and adds Linda Smith as the owner of the liquid resource via Ownership evidence. |
