A relationship between an attachment and another object or record, such as an incident or discussion record.
This entity allows for the associations between attachments and other records such as incidents, discussions, meeting minutes. Example When an incident such as a suspected abuse incident is recorded for a Child Welfare social enterprise folder, medical reports from a doctor and statements from witnesses and the reporter may be captured and attached to the incident. |
